Completed Items: removed insecure doorknob and installed new mortise lockset (front door); removed interior locking deadbolts and installed regular deadbolts (back doors); replaced mailbox; removed shoddy post "capitals"; removed cheap and poorly installed wrought iron stair rails; enclosed posts and created custom post capitals; removed deck railings and reused materials for railings more befitting house style; built half-posts and all-new railings for stairs; installed porch swing; built porch fascias to cover lattice edges; repaired gutters (tightened against eaves) and rerouted two downspouts; installed gutter guards to prevent debris blockages; replaced porch light fixture; removed security light; reglazed five broken windows; repointed leaded glass window; jacked up, replaced, and secured back porch support structure; installed missing wood siding on back porch skirting; loooong overdue REPAINT!!; cleaned and touched up ceramic house numbers; painted front door & installed Celtic door knocker; install quarter round where porch floor meets house; paint porch floors; build and install screens; rebuild stairs (back porch); oil down porch swing and porch rocker

Punch List: build and install screen door (back porch); install outdoor light fixture (back porch); rehab wrought iron bench; build "storm" inserts
