Completed Items: cleaned extensively; removed carpet; put down industrial strength primer; painted floors with porch paint; cleaned light fixtures; replaced switch plates and outlet covers; made roman shades for dining room windows; painted walls and ceiling; painted grates; replaced disintegrating dining room windows, reusing original glass and sash weights; installed matching period window hardware; installed high-speed internet, with wireless router and server for networking throughout the house

Punch List: stain and install quarter-round trim along baseboards; possibly replace floor (far in the future); refinish woodwork (also far in the future)
